RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Jewels & Gems gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery with the exception of sale items which are final sale.
All jewelry packaging must be intact and returned with the product.
Over the 14 days, Jewels & Gems is not in a position to accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that return items purchased with a gift voucher will be refunded to the original gift card. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The item is under the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise that you use registered post to make sure we receive the piece of jewelry.

Exchanges (Ireland ONLY)
We do not offer Free Exchanges at this time; you will need to pay a shipping fee in order for us to dispatch your exchange. In Ireland this costs €5. We will email you for this once your return has been received. We kindly ask that you process this payment ASAP. The item originally purchased is under the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise that you use registered post to make sure we receive the piece of jewelry. The exchange will only be processed from when Jewels&Gems has received the item purchased originally.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. We cannot reserve items.
Outside of Ireland, we can not offer exchanges or replacements.
In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, there are some exemptions to our returns policy.
This includes items where there may be hygiene considerations, such as earrings and stud earrings. These are not supplied with hygiene seals so will be considered final sale.
Completing your return
Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging along with your invoice and/or returns authorization. Should items show signs of wear a return may be refused. The item originally purchased is under the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise that you use registered post to make sure we receive the piece of jewelry. The refund will only be issued from when Jewels&Gems has received the item purchased originally.
If you have received a free gift with your order and your return takes your total order value below the amount required to be eligible for a free gift, you will be required to return the free gift.
TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Jewels&Gems, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
