We use registered post for all our customers' orders, which allows customer tracking. This tracking number will be emailed to you directly when your order is dispatched.
Tracking availability depends on both the address and the weight of your order.
If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your Spam box. Please keep in mind that it usually takes a couple of days before you may receive it as it has to be updated by An Post in their tracking system.

Delivery to Ireland
End-to-end tracking is available for all orders as all parcels include registered post.

For all orders we use An Post (Irish National Post). You can track your order via An Post's website here for the latest available update. You will need your tracking number and the date of dispatch. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for tracking to become available as it needs to go through An Post's system.
Once the parcel has entered your country and cleared customs you will be able to see more updates coming, as An Post will be allowing your country's national post to take over the delivery (ie. Poste Italiane for Italy, La Poste for France, Royal Mail for UK, Deutsche Post for Germany, USPS for the US, etc). Please allow plenty of time for your order to clear customs and further tracking to show up; we are not able to expedite this procedure.
Furthermore, not all services leave notice of attempted delivery so we definitely recommend you to regularly check your tracking in case of a missed delivery.
If your tracking mentions that delivery was attempted but you haven't received any notice in your mail box, we strongly recommend that you go to your closest post office, show your tracking number and your personal details, as there is usually a limited period of time a post office can keep your parcel for you to claim it.
